April 16, 2020 – Today, Governor Cuomo announced that NY PAUSE will be extended from April 29, 2020 until May 15, 2020.  NY PAUSE is the policy behind the Governor’s Executive Orders to date, including the 100%  Work from Home Order (EO 202.6) which, among other things, is now extended to at least until May 15, 2020.  As New York, along with other regional states work towards a reopening plan/strategy it is possible that changes to the current essential business list may happen between now and May 15, 2020.  Should that be the case, we will continue to update you and alert of any changes that are announced.

The Executive Order relating to the 100% work-from-home directive, along with the guidance provided by the Empire State Development Corporation relating to essential business clarifications are once again provided for your review and attention.
