Morghan Richardson Discusses How Covid-19 Vaccinations are Affecting Child Custody

September 4, 2021 — DHC’s Divorce and Family Law Partner Morghan Richardson spoke to Fox News about how COVID vaccines are affecting child custody battles, after a Chicago mother was temporarily denied custody over her refusal to get the shot. Richardson believes courts will “absolutely” see the COVID-19 vaccine “create situations where one parent refuses to allow the vaccine” once it is approved for children under 12, but added that those parents, “will most likely lose that fight.”
