October 19, 2020 – Jeffrey Citron, DHC’s Co-Managing Partner and Chair of the Real Estate Law practice group, spoke to the Commercial Observer about what New York City’s commercial real estate market can expect if a second wave of COVID-19 should lead to a second lockdown. Citron expects a second lockdown to devastate certain hard-hit industries and lead to increased litigation between landlords and tenants, but pointed to the fact that office buildings have not been a source of outbreak as a sign of hope.
