May 6, 2020 – Jeff Citron, Co-Managing Partner and Chair of the Real Estate Law practice group, spoke to the Commercial Observer about how DHC’s legal and government relations teams have been working closely with both landlords and tenants to allow businesses to remain in operation through the COVID-19 pandemic.

Citron noted that deferring some rent payments and other accommodations are invaluable for companies that have been impacted by the statewide lockdown as well as landlords who want to keep their paying tenants.
