Elliot Lutzker Comments on Pinterest’s IPO
April 17, 2019 – DHC’s Chair of the Corporate Law practice Elliot Lutzker spoke to the New York Times about Pinterest’s initial public offering (IPO). Pinterest, an internet-based company which makes digital pinboards that allow people to save images and links from the web, has an overpriced IPO, Lutzker said. Unlike Amazon, most companies cannot afford to lose money year after year as they grow.
