Mr. Ripin has assisted numerous institutions and individuals in resolving breach of contract, real estate and partnership disputes, defending franchise owners, and protecting trade secrets and confidential information. He has also written extensively, lectured and been interviewed on numerous legal issues affecting the hotel and hospitality industries.
