Maria Groeneveld is a Partner in Davidoff Hutcher & Citron’s Corporate & Securities and Real Estate Departments. Her practice primarily focuses on corporate and commercial transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and securities offerings. Ms. Groeneveld also has extensive experience in assisting clients with employment agreements, commercial leases, license and distribution deals, and construction agreements. Prior to joining Davidoff Hutcher & Citron LLP, Ms. Groeneveld was a corporate associate at Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP.
