Libing Claire Wu has been associated with both private equity firms, as well as prominent New York law firms and over the years has developed a broad based network of Chinese relations. She has advanced business and legal training in both the United States and China and is fluent in Mandarin.
Ms. Wu has extensive legal and business experience in cross-border transactions, helping China-based companies accomplishing their strategic goals in the United States. She has represented clients in a wide range of industries in the process of obtaining financing in the U.S. capital markets through IPOs, reverse mergers and other methods, as well as handling matters with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), NYSE, NASDAQ and other major agencies.
