James B. Glucksman has over 36 years of experience in bankruptcy and insolvency-related matters and has represented debtors and creditors throughout the United States, with a concentration on debtor side/management representation. Mr. Glucksman also practices in sophisticated commercial litigation matters. During his career of over 36 years, Mr. Glucksman has acted in various professional capacities in bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings including serving as an attorney for Debtor, creditors’ committees, and Chapter 7 trustees. Mr. Glucksman has represented such notable clients as John DeLorean, Circle In The Square, Byram Concrete, DiCanio Organization, and Peckham Industries. He is also a certified mediator in the Bankruptcy Courts for the Southern District of New York. Mr. Glucksman is active in numerous community and international organizations including AJC.
