David H. Wander represents DHC client companies in financial distress, individuals seeking debt relief and asset protection, secured and unsecured creditors, landlords, investors, and distressed debt purchasers, equipment lessors, intellectual property licensors and licensees, trustees, examiners, and creditor committees.

David H. Wander handles all types of bankruptcy matters including chapter 11 reorganizations and chapter 7 liquidations, as well as all types of adversary proceedings and contested matters such as preferential and fraudulent transfer litigation, relief from the automatic stay and objections to claims, objections to discharge and dischargeability of debt. Mr. Wander also handles out of court workouts and restructuring for companies and individuals, representing both debtors and creditors.

Mr. Wander chairs the Bankruptcy, Financial Restructuring and Creditor Rights Department at DHC. He has more than 25 years experience with bankruptcy and insolvency cases, commercial litigation and business law.

Previously, Mr. Wander worked at several bankruptcy boutique firms as an associate and had his own firm for 10 years.
