Casey Greenfield is a Partner in the Divorce and Family Law Practice at DHC. As a litigator, she brings a decade of experience in all areas of matrimonial law. Her nuanced critical eye distinguishes her among colleagues.
She has experience with ultra-high-net-worth settlements including a division of complex assets; business valuations; imputation of income; child support; spousal support (“alimony” or “maintenance”); equitable distribution; valuation of assets. Her negotiated and litigated matters have also included child custody and visitation determinations; custody modifications; international child custody issues; child welfare investigations; and orders of protection. She has experience with same-sex divorce and with assisting with and challenging prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.
Ms. Greenfield is proficient and experienced in all stages of negotiation and litigation, including divorce litigation through trial, successful appeals, and after the divorce is final.
