Prior to joining the Firm in January of 2013, he served as an Assistant District Attorney in Westchester County under the Honorable Janet DiFiore. While serving the District Attorney’s office, Adam was assigned to both the Motions, Appeals and Special Litigation Division, and the Grand Jury and Local Court Division. In his role as an Assistant District Attorney, he has argued before the Appellate Division of the New York State Supreme Court and conducted numerous non-jury and jury trials in the New York State trial Courts.
