August 7, 2019 – Arthur Goldstein, Partner and Chair of the NYC Government Relations practice spoke to Courthouse News Service and Law360 about the extended New York City cap on ride-hailing vehicles.

Goldstein explained the Taxi and Limousine Commission (TLC) decision to freeze the number of ride-hailing vehicles is necessary in order to properly deal with the issue of how to incorporate ride-hailing app vehicles in a regulated taxi industry.
